I’ll be participating in some events over the next few months:
Are you a student? Then I’m even more pleased to announce that I’m co-chairing the Student Competition at the Interaction 11 Conference with Andy Polaine. The competition brings forward exceptional and engaged undergraduate and graduate students in both critical thinking and hands-on experience over the course of the conference. Present work in a way that shows rather than tells, and a chance for students who may be looking to connect with new colleagues, potential employers, funders, or new networks. This yearʼs focus is based on the concept of “Use, not own.” Tell all your student friends that the deadline for entry is DECEMBER 4, 2010.
There aren’t many gatherings like it, and for the second time in a row, Andy has created a conference you want to go to (and perhaps never leave). Get a discount too when you use 10PERCENT (until midnight 10/1).
The hand-crafted web design conference. Build is a small, yet perfectly formed, boutique design conference where interesting, talented web practitioners from all over the world come to share ideas, techniques and inspiration. Some are on stage; some are in the audience.
I’m headed out to speak at the IDEA Conference today. It’s my third time to the Conference, and thrilled to be speaking this year. Say hello if you’ll be in Philadelphia!
