Talking out of class

I don’t talk much here about my day job as chair of the MFA Interaction Design program at the School of Visual Arts. Mostly this is a place that runs alongside of that, peripheral material that keeps me going in the work I do every day.

As the year wraps up, I’m looking at what I’m talking about most. It’s not pointing to what others have written, it’s not pointing to other peoples’ projects, rather, it’s pointing to the great work being done right in my very own program.

So pardon a variation while the rest of 2010 here is dedicated to talking about the work being done by the phenomenal people over in the Interaction Design program at SVA. Regular writing will assume in 2011.
