Lately I’ve been pondering the juxtaposition (or superposition) of distinctly human-made landscapes with nature’s geomorphic forms and thought it might make a fun theme for October. There are plenty of places on Earth with little recognizable human influence and there are obviously lots of urban/suburban areas that have completely taken over the Earth’s surface. But, then there are those places that fall between.
